Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Analyst in Sales Ops.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide eligibility and view only Client Online Service (COS) trainings to clients for ongoing learning and onboarding new clients
Create and maintain self-paced web trainings, incorporating tool enhancements in a timely manner
Review and provide feedback on other tools used for trainings and suggest improvements

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience conducting client facing trainings and support
Ability to follow documented processes and teach peers on updated processes
History of focusing on customer needs and providing outstanding service
Effective communication skills when working with clients and colleagues
Proficiency in productivity tools and data analysis
