Sales Ops Training Analyst
Job Summary
An organization is seeking an Analyst in Sales Ops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide eligibility and view only Client Online Service (COS) trainings to clients for ongoing learning and onboarding new clients
- Create and maintain self-paced web trainings, incorporating tool enhancements in a timely manner
- Review and provide feedback on other tools used for trainings and suggest improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience conducting client facing trainings and support
- Ability to follow documented processes and teach peers on updated processes
- History of focusing on customer needs and providing outstanding service
- Effective communication skills when working with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in productivity tools and data analysis
