Sales Order Processing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of the Sales Order Processing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to the SOP team and collaborate with cross-functional resources for optimal performance
• Perform process assessments to ensure accuracy in contracts and orders while driving continuous improvement in order processing
• Engage with business partners on escalations and drive resolution, while managing audit-related issues for the SOP team

Required Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in order processing or related field, or 8 years with HR/GED
• At least 2 years' experience in a Sales Order Processing role, AP, or Billing team
• Experience with MS-Office applications, Salesforce, and S4/Hana
• Experience drafting and/or reviewing revenue-generating contract documents and purchase orders
• Associate's degree in a business field is preferred
