Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist-Sales Order Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and submit service orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Investigate and resolve order issues, processing modifications as needed
• Support sales teams and field technicians with order updates and customer scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience
• 2+ years' experience in telecommunications
• Ability to plan, organize, and control multiple tasks and projects
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven track record of accomplishments in related responsibilities
