Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Performance Coach to enhance the performance of its sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and training for new Investment Managers, developing individualized coaching plans
- Provide hands-on coaching and guidance on sales methodology to both new and experienced team members
- Track and report on enablement KPIs to measure the impact of coaching programs
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, coaching, or training with a track record of improving team performance
- Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies and pipeline management
- Experience designing and leading training programs that yield measurable results
- Proficiency with Salesforce and LMS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
