Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach sales representatives through structured 1:1s and small-group sessions focused on improving sales metrics
  • Diagnose performance gaps by analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in performance management and team leadership
  • Proficiency in data-driven sales analysis; familiarity with SQL is a plus
  • Ability to create measurable improvement plans and track progress
  • Comfortable in high-velocity sales environments
  • Strong coaching skills with a focus on actionable feedback
