Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Performance Lead who will enhance the effectiveness of the sales team through data-driven coaching and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach sales representatives through structured 1:1s and small-group sessions focused on improving sales metrics
- Diagnose performance gaps by analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement
- Own the performance pipeline, managing low performers and ensuring accountability and improvement
Required Qualifications
- Experience in performance management and team leadership
- Proficiency in data-driven sales analysis; familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Ability to create measurable improvement plans and track progress
- Comfortable in high-velocity sales environments
- Strong coaching skills with a focus on actionable feedback
