Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track, analyze, and interpret key sales metrics to identify trends and performance gaps
  • Build and enhance dashboards and performance reporting to deliver actionable insights to sales leadership
  • Partner with leadership to execute sales strategies, support campaign rollouts, and improve sales processes
Required Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and performance management
  • Experience with CRM platforms and reporting tools
  • Background in sales, call center, or blended sales/service environments preferred
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively without direct authority
