Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Performance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and interpret key sales metrics to identify trends and performance gaps
- Build and enhance dashboards and performance reporting to deliver actionable insights to sales leadership
- Partner with leadership to execute sales strategies, support campaign rollouts, and improve sales processes
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Deep understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and performance management
- Experience with CRM platforms and reporting tools
- Background in sales, call center, or blended sales/service environments preferred
- Ability to influence and partner effectively without direct authority
