Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Operational Sales Performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day learning operations by facilitating training courses and providing necessary resources for profitable growth
- Optimize new hire productivity through performance coaching and solutions for managers to retain employees
- Develop and maintain measurement systems for training program effectiveness and establish strong relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree; Master's level work is a plus
- 5-7 years of proven success in direct hire and professional staffing, with finance & accounting specialization preferred
- 5 years of people sales management experience with demonstrated success in driving business results and P&L management
- Strong financial acumen is required
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
