Job Summary

To elevate the quality and effectiveness of the sales team, the remote Sales Quality & Performance Specialist will conduct audits of sales interactions, provide actionable feedback, and support ongoing training and improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth audits of sales activities across multiple channels, including call recordings and written communications
  • Evaluate performance against company sales processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide structured feedback to sales representatives and collaborate with leadership to refine sales scripts and processes
Required qualifications
  • Strong sales background with proven experience in consultative sales (B2B or high-ticket B2C preferred)
  • Experience in reviewing or improving sales performance, with a preference for QA, auditing, coaching, or sales enablement roles
  • Excellent English skills (C1-C2 level or equivalent)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to critically assess conversations
  • High attention to detail and availability to work US business hours
