Job Summary
Focused on forecast development and commercial planning analytics, the full-time Sales Planner will manage monthly forecasts, analyze commercial data, and coordinate across Sales, Finance, and Operations in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage monthly working forecasts across various channels and customers, incorporating shipment history and promotional plans
- Build and manage commercial planning dashboards, translating data into actionable recommendations for the commercial team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between demand planning, revenue expectations, and supply chain operations
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in forecast planning, sales planning, or commercial analytics within CPG or food and beverage
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on forecasting experience, including managing forecasts and understanding forecast accuracy
- Strong Excel skills, including experience with large data sets and model-building
- Familiarity with retailer POS and commercial performance data sources such as SPINS or Nielsen
