Job Summary

Supporting the Sales Planning and Strategy team, the full-time Sales Planning Coordinator will manage sales tools, coordinate product support needs, and enhance cross-functional communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve sales tools and resources, providing weekly updates to the Sales team
  • Coordinate new sample requests and ensure timely communication of product support needs
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline sales support processes and improve execution
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or commercial operations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google G-Suite
  • Experience in supporting cross-functional teams and understanding sales processes
  • Ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements in workflows
