Job Summary
Supporting the Sales Planning and Strategy team, the full-time Sales Planning Coordinator will manage sales tools, coordinate product support needs, and enhance cross-functional communication while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and improve sales tools and resources, providing weekly updates to the Sales team
- Coordinate new sample requests and ensure timely communication of product support needs
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline sales support processes and improve execution
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or commercial operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google G-Suite
- Experience in supporting cross-functional teams and understanding sales processes
- Ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements in workflows
