Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Planning Manager to support sales and commercial teams in managing trade spend and driving forecast accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts by customer, channel, and product line
  • Support planning, tracking, and evaluation of trade promotions to align with sales targets
  • Analyze promotional effectiveness and provide actionable insights to improve ROI on trade spend
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales planning, trade marketing, or demand forecasting in the food & beverage or CPG industry
  • Experience with TPM systems (e.g., SAP, AFS) and syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen)
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
