Job Summary

Supporting sales teams with go-to-market programs, the full-time Sales Planning & Incentives Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to enhance sales effectiveness and manage incentive planning remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with sales leadership to execute sales strategy and manage end-to-end planning processes
  • Summarize program status through executive-level presentations and drive sales compensation design processes
  • Build and deploy enablement strategies to ensure sales teams effectively utilize tools, programs, and policies
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in sales incentive and/or sales planning, including sales commission and revenue operations
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA desirable
  • Experience presenting to and influencing executives and managing cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize business goals
  • Proficiency with Anaplan, Salesforce.com, and Excel
