- Drive the development and execution of incentive compensation and sales contest planning
- Collaborate on the implementation and refinement of sales tracking systems and performance measurement frameworks
- Produce ongoing reports analyzing sales challenges and trends to support strategic planning
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales & Marketing Operations experience, or
- Master's degree and 4 years of Sales & Marketing Operations experience, or
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Sales & Marketing Operations experience, or
- Associate's degree and 10 years of Sales & Marketing Operations experience, or
- High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Sales & Marketing Operations experience
