Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Planning Senior Manager in Oncology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and execution of incentive compensation and sales contest planning
  • Collaborate on the implementation and refinement of sales tracking systems and performance measurement frameworks
  • Produce ongoing reports analyzing sales challenges and trends to support strategic planning
Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales & Marketing Operations experience, or
  • Master's degree and 4 years of Sales & Marketing Operations experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Sales & Marketing Operations experience, or
  • Associate's degree and 10 years of Sales & Marketing Operations experience, or
  • High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Sales & Marketing Operations experience
