Job Summary

A company is looking for a Planning Specialist to support the Sales Planning team in driving revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage approvals and QA across all plans and IOs in Operative.One
  • Oversee onboarding and training efforts for new and current Sales Planners, including material development
  • Act as a liaison to adjacent support teams, assisting with plan building and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a digital/linear advertising role
  • Experience in a national sales organization
  • Familiarity with Operative.One, Salesforce, and ad servers preferred
  • Experience in training and education preferred
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
