Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Process & Productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of business analysts to support SMB & Enterprise Sales processes
  • Collaborate with various teams to build and refine a process improvement roadmap
  • Drive process standardization and optimization, leveraging AI & ML for sales enhancements
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within a Revenue Operations organization
  • At least 4 years of experience managing a team focused on Sales process & technology
  • Understanding of SMB and Enterprise sales processes
  • Experience with common Sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proven ability to influence and align with business and technology teams
