Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Process & Productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of business analysts to support SMB & Enterprise Sales processes
- Collaborate with various teams to build and refine a process improvement roadmap
- Drive process standardization and optimization, leveraging AI & ML for sales enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within a Revenue Operations organization
- At least 4 years of experience managing a team focused on Sales process & technology
- Understanding of SMB and Enterprise sales processes
- Experience with common Sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven ability to influence and align with business and technology teams
