Job Summary

Supporting and improving sales and commercial processes in a full-time remote capacity, the Sales Process Specialist will lead the order entry process for project-based sales, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and improve commercial processes related to proposal support, pricing workflow, contract review, forecasting, sales reporting, and order execution
  • Validate and convert sales lead programs while maintaining sales incentive statistics and supporting targeted campaigns
  • Partner with sales, finance, operations, and customer service to resolve order-related issues and ensure a smooth transition from commercial activity to execution
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in sales tools and software, such as SalesForce and CRM systems
  • Experience supporting complex engineered solutions or capital projects is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
