Job Summary
Sales Productivity Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for designing and executing onboarding, skills development, and productivity programs to enhance the effectiveness of Account Executives and Account Development Representatives in customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with North America Sales leadership to identify and prioritize enablement needs for AEs and ADRs
- Design and deliver sales enablement programs, including onboarding, training, and workshops
- Track and report on the adoption and business impact of enablement programs to Sales leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales productivity roles
- Proven track record in designing and scaling sales enablement programs and playbooks
- Experience in delivering enablement programs with a focus on measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle and sales technology data
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions to drive alignment
