Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Productivity Specialist to enhance sales team efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement activation strategies to drive sales metrics and business outcomes
- Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes and collaborate with sales leaders to develop team strategies
- Identify opportunities for sales productivity improvements and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B Sales preferred
- Salesforce superuser; proficiency in Excel required; knowledge of Python or SQL is a bonus
- Excellent project management skills and experience with change management best practices
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- MBA preferred
