Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Program Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new leads and communicate with customers to understand their needs
  • Ensure a smooth sales process by closing sales and meeting targets
  • Build instant rapport with customers and achieve customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • BE (Preferably Computer Science), MCA preferred
  • 1 - 5 years of previous experience in an inside sales position for the US market
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales/Salesforce
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Ability to research and qualify new leads
