Sales Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Strategy and Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and manage team-wide communications and ensure alignment of strategic initiatives
• Drive special projects and new sales initiatives to successful completion
• Track action items from leadership meetings and manage operating cadences

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment preferred
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and resolving cross-functional bottlenecks
• Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with AI tools
