Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Program Manager who drives the long-term success of strategic Sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management of assigned Sales programs, ensuring adoption and alignment with organizational priorities
- Design and refine program structures and processes to optimize effectiveness and enhance efficiency
- Track and analyze key metrics to monitor performance and inform strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Sales or Go-to-Market functions
- Strong familiarity with Sales processes and methodology; direct Sales experience preferred
- Proven success managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Experience leveraging reporting and analytics to drive program effectiveness
