Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Program Manager who drives the long-term success of strategic Sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the management of assigned Sales programs, ensuring adoption and alignment with organizational priorities
  • Design and refine program structures and processes to optimize effectiveness and enhance efficiency
  • Track and analyze key metrics to monitor performance and inform strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Sales or Go-to-Market functions
  • Strong familiarity with Sales processes and methodology; direct Sales experience preferred
  • Proven success managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Experience leveraging reporting and analytics to drive program effectiveness
