Job Summary

To enhance sales performance and improve operations, the full-time remote Sales Program Manager will manage call coaching frameworks, support sales strategies, and execute enablement programs while collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate sales performance by operationalizing call coaching frameworks and delivering actionable insights to managers
  • Support sales motions and outreach strategies through performance analysis and reporting
  • Execute enablement programs for onboarding, product learning, and continuous training to drive consistent sales performance
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, or sales operations
  • Experience in a high-growth, performance-driven environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Familiarity with Salesloft and Salesforce is preferred
