Job Summary
To support a growing sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Program Manager will design and manage targeted sales programs that accelerate revenue and improve sales productivity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage sales programs aligned to Global Sales priorities, translating business objectives into actionable plans
- Partner with sales leaders to identify initiatives that enhance revenue growth and streamline sales processes
- Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure successful program delivery and measure performance against KPIs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales programs, GTM strategy, or business operations within SaaS or technology
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI-driven solutions
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives to drive business outcomes
- Strong program and project management skills with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders
