Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal, Sales Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the program selection and prioritization process for new Sales Program candidates
- Manage the full Sales Program launch lifecycle, ensuring alignment across teams and effective execution
- Run program cadence and governance, tracking KPIs and managing program performance
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting and enterprise B2B software go-to-market strategies
- Former top-tier management consulting experience strongly preferred
- Direct experience in go-to-market strategy, sales programs, or product marketing within an enterprise software company
- Fluency in financial metrics relevant to enterprise software
- Experience in building and running structured go-to-market programs with accountability for results
