Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Sales Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the program selection and prioritization process for new Sales Program candidates
  • Manage the full Sales Program launch lifecycle, ensuring alignment across teams and effective execution
  • Run program cadence and governance, tracking KPIs and managing program performance
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting and enterprise B2B software go-to-market strategies
  • Former top-tier management consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Direct experience in go-to-market strategy, sales programs, or product marketing within an enterprise software company
  • Fluency in financial metrics relevant to enterprise software
  • Experience in building and running structured go-to-market programs with accountability for results
