Sales Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Manager Sales Projects Implementation and Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of sales initiatives and projects in collaboration with sales leadership
• Develop project plans and provide guidance to sales teams to ensure successful execution of sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional communication and support

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Experience within the sales discipline and property operations is preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively in a large, cross-geography, cross-business virtual team environment
• Strong project management and change management skills
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on planning and process improvement
