Sales Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the regional sales team, the remote Sales Project Manager will manage customer projects from sales through completion, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure effective communication with contractors and customers while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Field Service teams to facilitate project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience managing complex customer projects in manufacturing, retail, or construction environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build effective relationships across various organizational levels
