Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Transfer Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from sales prospects and third-party partners, transferring potential customers to licensed agents
• Educate consumers on the company's value proposition and assist them in their shopping experience
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and other key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred sales experience in a call center or performance-based client-facing role within the last 2 years
• Experience working in a professional office setting
• Demonstrated job stability
• Must have a private workspace free from distractions and a reliable high-speed internet connection
