Sales Qualification Associate

Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales environment, the remote Sales Qualification Associate will engage with consumers through inbound calls, triaging inquiries to licensed agents while creating a positive first impression and educating prospects on SelectQuote's services.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle approximately 200 inbound calls daily, transferring potential customers to licensed agents
• Educate consumers on SelectQuote's value proposition and encourage them to connect with sales agents
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and key performance indicators while adhering to scripts and overcoming objections

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in sales or performance-based client-facing roles within the last two years
• Ability to work in a private, distraction-free workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Proficiency with technology, including computers and phone systems
• Demonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
