Sales Qualification Associate

Job Summary

To support the SelectQuote Qualifications Team, the full-time remote Sales Qualification Associate will manage inbound inquiries from potential customers, triaging them to licensed agents while creating a positive first impression and educating consumers on the company's value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Handle approximately 200 inbound calls daily from sales prospects and third-party partners
• Execute the transfer of potential customers to licensed insurance agents while adhering to scripts and overcoming objections
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and other key performance indicators

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred sales experience in a call center or performance-based client-facing role within the last 2 years
• Proficiency with technology, including computers and phone systems
• Ability to work in a private, distraction-free workspace with a high-speed internet connection
• Demonstrated professionalism and a competitive mindset
