Sales Qualification Associate

Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales environment, the remote Sales Qualification Associate will handle inbound calls from potential customers, triage inquiries to licensed agents, and educate consumers on SelectQuote's value proposition while achieving monthly performance goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage approximately 200 inbound calls daily, creating a positive first impression of SelectQuote
• Execute the transfer of potential customers to licensed insurance agents while adhering to scripts and overcoming objections
• Participate in paid training and implement coaching feedback to enhance performance and meet transfer rate goals

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred sales experience in a call center or performance-based client-facing role within the last 2 years
• Proficiency with technology, including computers and phone systems
• Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with a high-speed internet connection
• Demonstrated professionalism and a competitive mindset
