Sales Qualification Associate

Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales environment, the full-time Sales Qualification Associate will handle inbound calls from potential customers, triage inquiries to licensed agents, and educate consumers on SelectQuote's services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer approximately 200 inbound calls daily, creating a positive first impression of SelectQuote
• Educate consumers on the company's value proposition and facilitate transfers to licensed insurance agents
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and key performance indicators while adhering to scripts and handling objections

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred experience in sales, call centers, or performance-based client-facing roles within the last two years
• Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work in a professional office setting
• Proficiency with technology, including computers and phone systems
• Ability to maintain a private workspace with a high-speed internet connection
