Sales Qualification Associate
Job Summary
Confident and competitive individuals will find a remote, full-time opportunity as a Sales Qualification Associate, responsible for engaging with inbound prospects, communicating SelectQuote's value proposition, and qualifying customers for transfer to licensed insurance agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle approximately 200 inbound calls daily, creating a professional and engaging customer experience
- Qualify customers by understanding their needs and overcoming objections to facilitate transfers to licensed agents
- Meet or exceed performance-based KPIs while following scripted conversations and accepting coaching feedback
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales, call center, or performance-based customer-facing experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone
- Comfortable handling rejection and overcoming objections
- Demonstrated reliability and consistent employment history preferred
