Sales Qualification Associate

Job Summary

Seeking confident and competitive individuals, the full-time remote Sales Qualification Associate will engage with inbound prospects, communicate SelectQuote's value proposition, and qualify customers for transfer to licensed agents while managing a high volume of calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle approximately 200 inbound calls daily, creating a professional and engaging customer experience
• Qualify customers by understanding their needs and effectively overcoming objections
• Meet or exceed performance-based KPIs while following scripted conversations and processes

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in sales, call center, or other performance-based customer-facing roles preferred
• Ability to handle rejection and demonstrate resilience in a competitive environment
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
