Job Summary

To support quality assurance efforts in the insurance industry, the full-time Sales Quality Audit Representative will conduct audits, provide feedback to reduce compliance risk, and ensure proper resource usage by agents while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct audits and provide feedback to reduce compliance risk
  • Demonstrate understanding of applicable Quality guidelines and adhere to established processes
  • Ensure appropriate usage of available resources by agents to respond to callers
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality audits or quality assurance reviews
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service call auditing or call quality monitoring
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment
