Sales Quality Auditor

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and independent, the long-term contract Sales Quality Auditor will evaluate call handling quality, reinforce compliance standards, and provide constructive feedback to improve agent performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Review sales interactions to identify gaps in quality and compliance standards
• Deliver actionable feedback to reduce risk and enhance agent performance
• Evaluate the appropriate use of approved tools and scripts during customer conversations

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Prior experience in a fast-paced office or operational support environment
• Background in quality auditing or performance review for compliance and accuracy
• Experience auditing customer service calls, preferably in healthcare or health insurance
• Familiarity with compliance-focused processes and quality standards is preferred
