Sales Quoting Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Sales team, the full-time remote Sales Quoting Specialist will generate and edit sales proposals, manage the contract lifecycle, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data entry and processing.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and edit Sales Proposals for Sales Consultants
• Manage the contract lifecycle from request through execution
• Enter and maintain accurate data within Salesforce and CPQ

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of contract administration or sales support experience
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel and Word)
• Experience using Salesforce and/or Salesforce CPQ
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
