Sales Quoting Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Sales team effectively, the full-time remote Sales Quoting Specialist will generate and edit Sales Proposals, manage the contract lifecycle, and maintain accurate data within Salesforce while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and edit Sales Proposals for Sales Consultants
• Guide proposals through appropriate order processing steps
• Enter and maintain accurate data within Salesforce and CPQ

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of contract administration or sales support experience
• Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
• Experience using Salesforce and/or Salesforce CPQ
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
