Sales Quoting Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Sales Quoting Specialist will partner with Sales to generate proposals, manage the contract lifecycle, and maintain accurate data within Salesforce while supporting the team in various capacities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and edit Sales Proposals in collaboration with Sales Consultants
• Guide proposals through order processing steps and ensure accurate data entry in Salesforce and CPQ
• Assist in various activities to enable Sales and enhance customer support

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of contract administration or sales support experience
• Intermediate skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience using Salesforce and/or Salesforce CPQ
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
