Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Readiness Manager to support sales readiness and lead management through enablement content and tool adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize the sales process by creating and maintaining playbooks and client-facing assets
- Manage the lifecycle of readiness initiatives and collaborate with Sales leadership for integration into workflows
- Administer Highspot for content management and optimize lead generation through data analysis
Required Qualifications
- Execution-focused with strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment
- Project management experience coordinating multiple deliverables and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of sales workflows and client engagement
- HubSpot certification and experience with Highspot
- Practical experience using AI/tools with a continuous-improvement mindset
