Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Readiness Manager to support sales readiness and lead management through enablement content and tool adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operationalize the sales process by creating and maintaining playbooks and client-facing assets
  • Manage the lifecycle of readiness initiatives and collaborate with Sales leadership for integration into workflows
  • Administer Highspot for content management and optimize lead generation through data analysis


Required Qualifications
  • Execution-focused with strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment
  • Project management experience coordinating multiple deliverables and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of sales workflows and client engagement
  • HubSpot certification and experience with Highspot
  • Practical experience using AI/tools with a continuous-improvement mindset
