Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Readiness Specialist who ensures the sales organization is fully prepared and equipped to execute key sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and tracking of sales readiness plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate updates and logistics across Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging
  • Support the design and delivery of training sessions for sales meetings, demos, and onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or related functions
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and manage timelines
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or technology-driven organizations is preferred
