Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Recovery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with and educate prospects on the benefits of solar power and energy efficiency upgrades
• Satisfy customer concerns and guide them to complete the solar install
• Engage customers when their original sales rep is no longer present and aid them through the process until installation is complete

Required Qualifications:

• Two or more years of solar sales experience
• Demonstrated success in a quota-driven solar sales position
• Experience resolving customer complaints surrounding the sale or implementation of goods or services
• Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred
• Salesforce experience is a plus
