Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Recovery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with and educate prospects on the benefits of solar power and energy efficiency upgrades
Satisfy customer concerns and guide them to complete the solar install
Engage customers when their original sales rep is no longer present and aid them through the process until installation is complete

Required Qualifications:

Two or more years of solar sales experience
Demonstrated success in a quota-driven solar sales position
Experience resolving customer complaints surrounding the sale or implementation of goods or services
Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus
