Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Recovery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with and educate prospects on the benefits of solar power and energy efficiency upgrades
Satisfy customer concerns and guide them through the solar installation process
Engage customers when their original sales rep is no longer present and provide support until installation is complete

Required Qualifications:

Two or more years of solar sales experience
Experience resolving customer complaints in sales or project management
Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus
Bilingual is a plus
