Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle hiring process, including resume reviews, interviews, and candidate guidance
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies, pipeline metrics, and interview training
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain an engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales recruitment or talent acquisition with a full cycle recruitment understanding
• Experience with recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities efficiently
• Strong analytical abilities to identify areas for improvement in recruitment strategies
• Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders
