Sales Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Recruiter (Remote- Pacific Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a large pipeline of applicants to identify qualified sales talent
• Oversee the interview process and ensure adherence to qualification standards
• Promote the company to candidates and manage recruitment events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required
• Minimum of three years of experience in a recruiting role, particularly in high volume sales
• Experience working remotely in the recruiting space
• At least two years of experience with an ATS and background checks
• Knowledge of employment law and immigration requirements
