• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards, and manage the interview process

Qualifications and Skills for the Sales Recruiter:

• At least three years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales hiring
• Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Ripline or similar tools
• Strong sourcing capabilities and comfort identifying passive talent
• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications related to performance and team fit
