Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Sales Recruiter to support US-based hiring efforts in the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill job requisitions assigned within given timelines
• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and refine requirements
• Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of overall recruiting experience
• 2 years of full-cycle corporate sales & marketing recruiting experience in SaaS, IT, or network security
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to consistently operate with a strong sense of urgency
