Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Recruiter to support and accelerate sales hiring efforts during a period of increased demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to define role requirements and hiring priorities
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting for sales positions from intake through onboarding
• Source and engage qualified sales talent using various outreach strategies

Qualifications and Skills

• Three or more years of experience managing full cycle recruiting responsibilities
• Prior recruiting experience within the SaaS industry or similar technology-driven environment
• Proven ability to recruit for sales roles such as account executives and sales leadership
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, with Ripline exposure considered a plus
