Job Summary

Sales Recruiter, a full-time remote position responsible for efficiently filling open positions by sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and engage passive candidates using various tools and strategies
• Screen applicants to assess qualifications and cultural fit, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide insights on recruiting strategies based on industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of full cycle sales recruiting experience, preferably in financial services
• Proven track record of exceeding recruiting quotas
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS software, preferably ADP WorkforceNow
• Basic understanding of payment processing systems and merchant services is preferred
• Good home internet connection
