Job Summary

Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time hybrid Sales Recruiter will be responsible for hiring, training, managing, and coaching Loan Officers and Jr. Loan Officers while implementing key performance indicators to measure success.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensures consistent use of the A Method for hiring within the division
  • Implements and monitors key performance indicators and trains staff to improve lead conversion metrics
  • Teaches the Dale Vermillion Refinance Sales Mastery program to Loan Officers and coaches them on adherence to the methodology
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in mortgage, finance, or real estate
  • 1-2 years of general office experience
  • Ability to hire high-performing candidates and implement best practices
  • Demonstrated customer focus and goal-oriented mindset
