Required qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting for sales roles
• Experience in high-volume or performance-driven recruiting environments
• Strong ability to evaluate and identify top-performing sales candidates
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting systems preferred
